Zhejiang Dongbin Rubber Plastic Screw Co.Ltd is one of ten screw corporations in Zhou Shan .We are specializing in producing screw and barrel for both pin-type hot-feed and cold-feed extruder. The production capacity is over 1500 sets per year. It has been entitled “advanced private enterprise in Zhou Shan” many times.
Equipped with advanced machines ,such as drilling machine ,boring machine for deep hole process ,NC milling machine and other precise equipments, we have advanced technique and over ten years’ manufacturing experiences for barrel and screw of rubber machinery. The raw material is 38CrMoAIA from famous Baosteel company.The products are made by hardening,tempering,forming,correct grinding,surface nitriding,bimetal spraying and polishing . Our products have the character of better precise , abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance.We are able to desigh and manufacture according to customers’ sample and special requirement.At the same time we can repair old worn screw and barrel by using bimetal recovery technology. After repairing,the life time can be increased by three to five times than normal nitriding one.
